Art Competition

Our water. Our future. Our art. 💧🎨

Students from across the Central Valley shared their ideas about clean drinking water and protecting groundwater through art. Their drawings, paintings, and designs show why water matters to our families, and our communities.

We are so excited to celebrate the winners of our very first Water Is Life Art Contest and to share the powerful voices of our youth. These young artists remind us that water is something worth caring for and protecting—now and for the future. Vote for your top three favorites using the Voter Form above!

Prizes are: $200 1st Place, $100 2nd Place, $50 3rd Place

This is just the beginning!
More art contests are coming in 2026, and we want YOU to be part of it.

Plans

These plans, called the Preliminary Management Zone Proposal, then the Final Management Zone Proposal and finally the Management Zone Implementation Plan (which all include the Early Action Plan) address.
